Illinois home sale rates in July 2009 have shown positive activity, unseen in the past year. PRNewsWire.com reports that home sales in the state have increased 4.2% over the previous month. Home sale rates this July were also markedly better compared to home sale rates in the same time period last year. It is also reported that home sales for June 2009 in the Chicago Primary Statistical Area were up 0.3% compared to last year's numbers.
