Kentucky homes sales jump in July according to bizjournals.com. The sales in July of 2009 are 10% better than what sales were a year ago. The first time homebuyer's tax credit is identified as one of the major factors that have led people of all ages to buy their first homes. Aside from the 10% jump in sales the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors reported that new listings in July of this year was up 4.5% compared to last year's listings.
